Superior Damage Protection

Each package is a custom-fit foam solution, and our family of foam options can provide extra rigidity or lower density as you require.

Reduce Your Cube size

An Instapak® foam-in-place package provides just the right amount of packaging. High performance Instapak® foams allow you to reduce package size and weight without sacrificing protection.

Increase Your Velocity by Reducing Downtime

The all-electric Instapak® 901 system installs in minutes. No scheduled maintenance is required. Electric metering pumps and self-diagnostic controls guarantee top quality Instapak® foam.

A Better Packaging Experience

A custom Instapak® foam-in-place package produces specifically designed cushions for ultimate protection and efficiency.

Flexible Options

The Instapak® 901 system can be adjusted to dispense foam at the ideal rate for your application. Swivel fittings allow easy and flexible foam dispensing. The Instapak® 901 foam output rate is 2 to 4 kg/minute.

The Right System for You

The Instapak® 901 system uses 210 litre drums of Instapak® liquid foam, and is designed for a variety of small, medium or large on-demand packaging operations. The small, compact configuration and Instapak® foam, that expands on-site up to 280 times it’s original volume, reduces storage and maximises floor space.
